Hi, I’m Sudhakar Sampath! Throughout my journey as a Talent Development Professional, I’ve worked with leaders and teams to navigate complexities, challenge conventional thinking, and achieve meaningful business outcomes.
 
I’ve led HR and learning initiatives at Wipro and now part of Tiger Analytics. With credentials from Northwestern Kellogg, MIT Sloan, and a Masters in HR from TISS, I blend strategic thinking with people-focused insights.
 
As an ICF-certified coach, I leverage globally recognized principles while tailoring my approach to deliver real results.
My Journey
 
I grew up in southern Tamil Nadu, deeply curious and drawn to engineering and technology. But shortly after completing my degree, I lost my eyesight—and with it, the path I thought I was on. 
That turning point led me inward, toward what energized me most: working with people. I went on to pursue a Master’s in HR at TISS, which set the foundation for my career. 
I began at Wipro as an HR Business Partner, and a pivotal moment came when I got an opportunity to design a leadership development program. It sparked a deeper calling. From there, I moved into talent development, coaching, and organizational development. 
Today, my visual impairment shapes how I coach—with presence, empathy, and deep listening. Coaching, to me, isn’t about solving—it’s about helping people see clearly and lead with courage.
Coaching Approach
 
My coaching is shaped by thinkers like Marshall Goldsmith, Srikumar Rao, and Michael Bungay Stanier—who’ve influenced how I see change, leadership, and the inner game of success.
I work across two interconnected domains: Leader Performance and Leader Effectiveness. Both focus on clarity, accountability, and sustainable growth—tailored to each leader’s context, whether scaling a startup or preparing for enterprise-level responsibility.
 
Leader Performance Coaching
 
This path supports leaders working toward specific outcomes—navigating transitions, leading teams, or sharpening presence. We set clear goals, then identify and reduce internal blockers like self-doubt, over-control, or perfectionism.
 
Leader Effectiveness Coaching
 
This path focuses on how a leader is experienced by others. It begins with structured stakeholder input and leads to focused behavioral shifts. Progress is tracked through regular feedback—building credibility, alignment, and trust.
 
I flex my approach to meet the leader where they are—and help them grow into who their context demands they become.
